All clients should arrive 5-10min early to their reservation, to assure sessions run smoothly

As space is limited we ask that no extra guests or children are brought into the studio, all guests are welcome to sit in our lobby during your reservation.

We are located in Suite 27 off of the Elevator / Main Steps. Please text upon arrival, await confirmation to enter suite.

Please do not knock if the suite door is closed and we are servicing a client as you could interrupt their session. 

Please park in the lot behind the building off of Robinson St. , directions to lot are also emailed. 
The lot is signified with yellow signage. The parking lot is free, while street parking is available from the W Cary St entrance.

Tardiness

We never want to take away from another client’s experience so we ask that all clients arrive to their sessions in a timely manner.

Client’s are allowed a 4min grace period, arriving to the studio at or after 5min pass the reservation time will result in a $10 late fee.

At 10min the reservation will be canceled and charged 100% of the remaining balance. 
Clients receiving Tinting or Lamination services that include shapings with receive only the shaping and be charged for the full service booked.

Deposit

All clients are charged a 30% deposit to be applied to their reservation. All deposits are non-refundable in the event a client cancels from their end. Deposits are non-refundable in the event a client must be canceled based on compliance with policies. 

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable from one month to the next. A new month requires a new deposit.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made from the client’s end 72hrs in advance. In the event a client cancels outside of the stated cancellation policy the card on file will be charge 100% of the remaining balance as well any associated processing fees.

Cancellations cannot be completed via text or email, clients must cancel from their confirmation email.

No Show clients will be charged 100% of the remaining balance and granted a 48hr grace period to communicate in case of emergencies  

 

Rescheduling

Rescheduling must be done 72hrs in advance from the clients end. In the event a client needs to reschedule outside if the stated rescheduling policy, a new deposit will be required to reschedule the clients session. 

Reschedules cannot be completed via text or email, clients must reschedule from their confirmation email.


Clients are granted one reschedule within policy, where the deposit transfers. The rescheduled appointment must be within 2wks of the originally scheduled appointment and within the same month or a new deposit will be charged to the card on file. 

Phone Policy

In an effort to provide the best experience to our clients we ask that all phones and watches are silenced and stowed away during the duration of services. Over usage of devices can result in clients being asked to leave and removed from our client list indefinitely.

Dress Code

Clients are asked to dress to their comfort as services last any where between 30-90min. Non religious head scarfs (hair bonnets, durags, sleeping scarfs) are prohibited in the salon. It is highly suggested to not wear low ponytails, buns or claw clips as clients are laying down for long periods of time.
